We’ll start the discovery of the city’s and the country’s history at the Heroes’ square. After this magnificent place we are going to take a pleasant walk in the City Park, - hungarian called Városliget - where I can show you it's enchanting Vajdahunyad castle and the famous Széchenyi thermal bath. We’ll walk along the Andrássy Avenue in order to have a look and get a deeper knowledge about Neo-Renaissance at the richly ornate State Opera House.

Only need a few steps from the Opera House and you can admire the splendid architecture of St. Stephen’s Basilica from inside and outside, the 2nd-largest church in Hungary. See the sights of Castle Hill, such as the 700-year-old Matthias Church, and the Fisherman’s Bastion with its 7 towers and terrace overlooking Pest and the Danube.

After all these beauties we are going to the Castle District / Palace District and travel with me up to the Gellért Hill. Learn about the legend of Bishop Gellért, and the history of the Citadel and the Statue of Liberty. From the top of Gellért Hill you’ll enjoy a spectacular panorama of the city.
